• Account information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID identifier, your name (if you choose to share it), and your email address (which may be a private relay address provided by Apple).
• Deal data: Product names, pricing inputs (cost of goods, overhead, margins, MSRP), and deal terms you enter while using the app.
• Usage data: Basic interaction data such as feature usage and session activity to improve the app experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Authenticate your identity and maintain your session
• Run pricing calculations and generate deal recommendations
• Enable collaboration in Deal Rooms with your partners
• Generate term sheets and deal summaries
• Improve and maintain the app

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data is shared only in these limited circumstances:

• Deal Room partners: When you join a Deal Room, your counterparty can see deal-related data (pricing inputs, offers, and terms) but not your personal account details unless you choose to share them.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure session tokens, and access controls. Your Apple Sign In credentials are never stored on our servers — authentication is handled securely through Apple's identity service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and deal data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your deal data

7. Children's Privacy

BridgeADeal is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
