What is BridgeADeal?

BridgeADeal is a two-sided wholesale pricing platform that helps manufacturers and retailers find fair wholesale prices through transparent, profit-based calculations and collaborative Deal Rooms.

How does the pricing engine work?

Our engine analyzes both sides' cost structures and desired margins to find a wholesale price that balances profitability for both parties. It uses a deterministic profit-based fairness algorithm — no hidden formulas.

Can I use BridgeADeal without a partner?

Yes. Solo Mode lets you run manufacturer or retailer pricing calculations independently, without creating a Deal Room or inviting a partner.

How do Deal Rooms work?

A manufacturer creates a Deal Room and shares an invite code with a retailer (or vice versa). Both parties enter their cost data privately, and the pricing engine recommends a fair wholesale price. You can then negotiate using counter-offers until both sides agree.

Is my financial data shared with my counterparty?

No. Your detailed cost breakdowns (COGS, overhead, margins) are never shared with the other party. Only the resulting price recommendations and offers you explicitly make are visible to your counterpart.

How do I delete my account?

What does the Trust Score mean?

The Trust Score (0–100) benchmarks your deal inputs against industry standards for your product category. A higher score indicates that cost figures and margins align with typical ranges, giving both parties more confidence in the deal.
